Trading and exchanging are voluntary acts of the buyer and seller. The website is not involved in any disputes that may arise.

3. Role of Intermediary

Created to serve as a medium for communication, exchange, and facilitation between players only.

4. Prohibitions

Do not post illegal content, pornography, obscenity, politics, or divisive content and lese majeste.

5. Reporting Issues

If you encounter usage problems or fraudulent users, you can report to the admin via the button

6. Admin Authority

Admins have the right to edit, delete content, or suspend accounts as deemed appropriate for orderliness.

How to Use the Website

You can edit your profile, connect socials, and manage your store at the Profile page. You can set up contact channels for other users to message or talk via the Chat system.

Supports 3 types: Sell when you want to sell, Buy when you are looking for items, and Trade when you want to exchange items. Please specify item details and price clearly.

Players can upgrade to Verified Merchant to receive a trust badge, expand inventory, and get rights to place ads on the website.

Important: Refund Policy & Usage Scope
  • Non-Refundable: All Credit top-ups are final. Cannot request a refund in cash or transfer back.
  • Not for Item Purchase: Credits are for internal system use only such as Merchant Verification, Ad Space purchase, and special Profile Frames.
  • No P2P Trading: Do not use Credits as a substitute for cash in trading game items directly between players.
Use Credits to buy Banner Ads or Marketplace Ads to increase visibility for your store, or use it to verify as a merchant. Credits can be topped up via Auto Top-up.

Scrappy Guide & Free Credits

What is Scrappy?

Scrappy is the site pet you can raise to earn Credits rewards for spending in the store or free ads. Just come in to feed it regularly.

How to Play & Earn Credits
  • Build a kennel (Free) at Scrappy menu
  • Feed every 4 hours to get EXP and Eggs
  • Accumulate EXP to level up. Every level up gives a Credit Random Box
  • Exchange eggs for Credits (Rate: 5 Eggs = 1 Credit)

Security & Recommendations

  • Confidentiality: Do not use easy-to-guess passwords, and do not share passwords with others, including staff.
  • Verify before Transfer: Always check seller history in the review system or trusted contact channels, or ask to see item images.
  • Reviews: Reviews must be truthful and not use rude language. Review bombing will be dealt with strictly.
  • Changes: The team reserves the right to modify these terms at any time for community safety.
